Two ways to get your heat pump quote
Both routes give you a proper engineering design and measured running cost figures for your home, so you know what you are getting before you spend anything on hardware. We are MCS registered, so the Boiler Upgrade Scheme applies to both: £7,500, or £9,000 for oil and LPG homes with no mains gas, until 31 March 2027. We apply on your behalf.
Option 1. Heat Geek ZeroDisrupt survey, £250 including VAT
Heat Geek's ZeroDisrupt method uses data from thousands of monitored installations to find the least disruptive way to fit a heat pump to your home. It often means keeping your existing radiators and cylinder. Installations through this route are backed by the Heat Geek Guarantee. The guarantee is provided by Heat Geek, not by Lotus Energy, and we will give you the full terms with your quote.
If you want a bigger cylinder, higher efficiency or pressurised hot water, the same method finds the cheapest route to it.
Option 2. Bespoke design with Lotus Energy, from £300 including VAT
The right choice if you are planning a refurbishment or an extension, want a choice of heat pump manufacturer, or want full control over what gets changed. We design the system from scratch around the property and how you use it. If you go ahead with us, the survey is treated as part of the installation and is not charged again.
