We design and install heat pumps in Guildford and across Surrey. One engineer takes the job from heat loss survey to commissioning, so nothing gets lost between a designer and an installer.

We are MCS registered and Heat Geek Elite certified. MCS registration means your installation qualifies for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, currently £7,500 towards an air source heat pump, or £9,000 if your home runs on oil or LPG with no mains gas. Heat Geek Elite means the system is sized from a room by room heat loss survey, not a finger in the air guess.

We also install and service gas boilers, and fit MVHR ventilation systems. Heat Geek Elite is a training and assessment programme covering heat loss calculation, hydronic design, emitter sizing and controls. We completed it so that every system we install is designed on measured figures, not a finger in the air guess. We are also MCS registered, which is what makes an installation eligible for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.

Richard is always helpful, organised and does what he says he will do in a tidy and timely way and we know that he always does a good job. Our old boiler was sadly irreparable so he fitted a new boiler in 2.5 days finishing on a Saturday so we could have heat again and explained how it works.
